Salmon and broccoli quiche

1 can Salmon

1 Broccoli

2 Egg

150ml Milk

2 sheets Savoury pastry

1/2 cup Grated cheese

Pinch of Salt and pepper


1. Preheat oven at 180’c

2. Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl and add milk

3. Open salmon can and drain oil and crush

4. Add salmon

5. Add salt and pepper

6. Boil water in a small saucer

8. Cut broccoli into pieces

9. Put broccoli into boiling water for 2min

10. Place pastry sheet around the 20cm round tin and pour the egg mixture

11. Push broccoli pieces on top

12. Sprinkle grated cheese

13. Bake for 25min
