100g butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

3 mashed banana

1 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp hot milk

2 cups standard flour

1 tsp baking powder

1. Preheat oven at 180’c

2. Beat butter and sugar until creamy

3. Add eggs

4. Add crushed bananas

5. Add baking soda, shifted flour, baking powder and mix well

6. Add milk

7. Grease tin with oil

8. Put mixture into the tin

9. Bake for 50min
