2 cup standard flour

3 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp mixed herb

50g butter

1 egg

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp salt




1. Preheat oven at 200’c

2. Shift flour, baking powder, salt, herb in a large bowl

3. Pour milk and egg

4. Make a dough

5. Sprinkle flour on board and knead several times

6. Make rectangle shape

7. Cut into 6 pieces

8. Place baking paper on the tray

9. Put 6 pieces seperately

10. Bake for 15-20 min
