Chocolate Brownie
200g dark chocolate
250g butter
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
4 egg
1 1/4 plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1. Preheat oven at 160’c
2. Place butter and chopped chocolate into a small saucer and boil at low heat until melt
3. In a larger ball, put sugar, egg, flour, baking powder and butter and chocolate mix and combine well
4. Put a baking paper on the 20cm tin and pour the mixture
5. Bake for 50 minutes
6. Cool down
