Grated carrot 3 cup

Plain flour 21/2 cup

Baking powder 1 teaspoon

Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon

Cinnamon 2 teaspoon

Allspice 1/4 cup

Salt 1 teaspoon

Brown sugar 1/2 cup

Egg 3

Vegetable oil 1 cup

Raisin 1 cup

Crushed pineapple 1 cup


Icing ingredients:

Cream cheese 1/4 cup

Butter 1 cup

Vanilla 11/2 teaspoon

Icing sugar 2 cup

Walnut 2 cup


1. Preheat oven 200’c

2. Mix all ingredients together in a large ball

3. Combine well with mixer

4. Put baking paper inside a tin

5. Pour the mixture into the tin

6. Bake 30 min ~ 45 min

7. Make icing

8. Put all ingredients except walnut and mix with mixer until creamy

9. Chop walnuts into small pieces

10. Chill baked bread

11. Put icing on top

12. Spread walnuts on top of icing
