1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup wholemeal flour
3/4 cup Standard flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup milk
1 cup blueberry
1. Preheat oven 180’c
2. Mix butter and sugar until creamy
3. Add egg
4. Shift wholemeal flour, standard flour, baking powder, pinch of salt, baking soda
5. Combine well
6. Add milk
7. Add blueberry
8. Grease tin with oil
9. Put proper portion into the tin
10. Bake 30-35 min
